Top Foods for that younger looking skin!

Don't know about you but anything that has to do with taking care of my skin,hair&body  definitely has my listening ear...so am gonna quickly share with you the few things I discovered that you might wanna know*wink*

First off is the famous Olive oil!
As some people already know,it's a powerful antioxidant but did you know you could consume it in an uncooked form and actually apply it on your skin to give even greater results? Well..I just discovered*smiles*

Next one is Kiwi!
Another powerful antioxidant that is packed with Vitamin C &it also prevents your skin from aging!

Now this one is quite controversial because a few people have had contrary opinions. It's Chocolate!Yesss..Dark Chocolate to be specific..not Milk Chocolate!
I guess this is why some might not get the same results cos they just think every kinda chocolate is the same *sighs*
